I can relate to this SO much, especially the curiosity part - I always wanted to know 'why?' and I always wanted to explore what someone said beyond their words if that makes sense? It's definitely been a way of being coming back to me a lot more recently - especially with nature! What ways have movement and curiousity come back into your life?
